Our apartments include heat, hot water and power.
If you are moving to Calgary for a job or immigrating here - you can rent a furniture package for 1-3 months until you get a chance to go shopping and buy your own furniture. Alternatively you can buy furniture online and have it shipped to your apartment. You then just need a telus package for internet, cable and TV and you are all set to go.
